INGREDIENTS:
1 noodle (1/4 pack)
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 radish
2-3 lettuce leaves
1 pinch of Mayi leaf salt
For the sauce:
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon tahini
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
TIPS:
- If you add mayi salt while cooking the noodles, it will be more flavorful.
- You can easily use Mayi leaf salt in your salads .
PREPARATION:
Add mayi salt to boiling water.
Add the pasta and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Drain the cooked pasta and place it in a bowl to cool.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Peel the carrot, radish and cucumber and cut them into fine long strips.
Cut the lettuce into thin slices.
Either mix all the ingredients on a serving plate or arrange them individually.
Add Mayi leaf salt over the salad.
Finally add the sauce.
