We are aware that salt adds flavor to our meals. To preserve the mystery of taste, it is necessary to use salt moderately and of high quality. How can we easily achieve this?

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that daily salt intake should be moderate but essential. However, this may vary for people with certain health conditions (such as high blood pressure, kidney disease, etc.) depending on their doctor's recommendations.

Sweating patterns, water intake, and eating habits throughout the day can change the amount of salt intake required. By following the recommended steps, you can ensure adequate salt intake.

Avoid processed foods: Processed foods tend to contain high amounts of salt. Try to consume ready-made soups, tomato paste, canned food, chips, pickles and similar products as sparingly as possible or, best of all, prepare them at home and adjust the salt content yourself.

Add salt: Watch your salt consumption when cooking or eating. When adding salt to dishes, try to adjust the amount in a controlled manner. You can taste gradually as you add.

Prefer fresh and natural foods: Choose healthy foods such as fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains and natural protein sources.

Season them with 100% natural salts for flavor.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water: Drinking enough water helps maintain the salt balance in the body. Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Remember that salt is a source of the essential mineral sodium, which is necessary for health, but excessive salt consumption can lead to health problems.

Prefer the use of 100% natural salts in a balanced and controlled manner.
