INGREDIENTS

  • Cooked green lentils 1 bowl
  • Onion 1 small size
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Pool 1 piece
  • Mayi salt 1 teaspoon
  • Curry 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
  • Ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  • Yufka 2 pieces
  • Olive oil 3 tablespoons

TIP POINTS:

(1) By adding spices to olive oil, you increase both the taste and benefits.

2. Don't forget to try the samosa, which is created from the harmonious combination of mayi salt and spices.



PREPARATION:

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Pour olive oil into the pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté.

You can either grate the carrots or cut them into small pieces.

Add the carrots to the fried onions and garlic.

Add mayi salt and all other spices and sauté for 1-2 minutes so that the spices become fragrant.

Add the cooked green lentils and 1 tea glass of water.

Cook for 5-10 minutes so that the whole mixture combines and no water remains.

Allow the mixture to cool.

Cut the phyllo sheets into 2 pieces and then cut them into 3 finger-thick slices on the long side.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture to the end of the phyllo.

Fold diagonally to get the shape of a musca, grease the end with water.

Do the same with all phyllo sheets.

Roast them either in the oven or in olive oil.
