2 cloves of garlic

Tahina
lemon
cumin
Sumac

PREPARATION:
All materials are handed over to the robot.
It is fed into the robot until it has a homogeneous consistency.
Depending on the consistency, olive oil or tahini can be added.
After removing from the robot, liquid salt with lemon is added. The bacon is cooked in the pan until it gets some color.
The hummus is placed on the serving plate and the bacon is added.
Melt the butter on the stove.
While the butter is melting, add the garlic, liquid salt and some sumac.
The prepared butter is poured over the hummus and served.
